The final is scheduled for January 3, 2026, and is expected to draw large crowds and prominent guests, including the Kyabazinga of Busoga, William Wilberforce Gabula Nadiope IV, who will serve as chief guest.

Beyond sporting competition, Bbosa highlighted that the championships will carry a strong social message.

This year’s theme, “Men are the pillar in fighting teenage pregnancies and early marriages,” seeks to engage men and boys in addressing challenges affecting young people in the community.

The MTN Busoga Masaza Cycling Championships have grown into one of the region’s most celebrated events, combining talent development, entertainment, and social advocacy.

Organisers are optimistic that this third edition will further strengthen cycling in Busoga Kingdom while promoting positive societal change.
